West Elk Property Management is a female owned and operated property management company based in the Town of Crested Butte, Colorado. West Elk came into existence when Owner/Operator, Erin Stock, found success with her own rental property in Mount Crested Butte. Expanding on that property and welcoming in a couple clients provided a way for her to enjoy all her days, bring her dogs to the office, and bring beautiful properties up to their full potential - it's a dream come true! Fast-forward a few years; West Elk has a crew of 6+ hard-working humans, a couple more dogs, and an office full of streamlined systems that keep things efficient and happy!
