West Elk clients will never doubt their property is our top priority. As such, we are selective when bringing new properties into our portfolio. New client vetting takes place twice annually in May and October during which time we will vet prospective clients, and move forward with any clients whom we feel will be a good fit in our systems. Properties that are selected to join our rental pool will be fully "Live" in time to get all your Holiday/Summer reservations in place!
